2009 LA Show: Dodge Viper’s Getting More Performance, Options and Limited Editions

The new even for 2009 LA Show will bring a big farewell party for most icons, such Volkswagen releasing their last edition of it’s New Beetle, whilst Dodge announced their last year model for the Viper, one of most American’s performance legend car.

This new 2010 Dodge Viper will be fitting sendoff model, enhanced performance, new added colours, and more upcoming limited models are planned. Powered by 8.4 liter v10 engine with 600 bhp and 760 Nm, this Viper SRT10 are able to sprint from 0-100km/h just less in 4 seconds, with top speed of 325km/h. The hardcore American Club Racer model gets it’s new short shifter and some aero tweaks for a higher speed. Several exterior changes has been done such as Toxic Orange Pearl Coat and Bright Meltallic Silver Clear Coat colour join the existing. With this, Dodge are possitive that their production are possible for the final 500 or will be rolling out next year.

More upcoming limited models are also planned for 2010, including ACR 1:33 Edition, as a tribute payback to the Laguna Seca’s new production car lap record on 24 November. It get a two tone black and red colour scheme, piano black console bezels with red gauge highlights, and seat with red colour. Most of all, only 33 models will be produced for this car.

Meanwhile, the Vooodoo edition Viper ARC will be featuring the black clear coat at their exterior with Graphite stripe outline with red colour, which only 10 will be produced and availble with this unique strip colour on both exterior and steering wheel.
