The version of the Mazda 2 is the Mazda Verisa that is sold only in the Japanese market. It is beautiful much the same of the European Ford Fusion. Also, it is a larger car built on the Fiesta, which shares a platform with the Mazda 2.

In 2004, the car was launched and get a new updated in 2006. There has three optional colours are available including the Lilac Metallic Silver, Sparkling Black Mica and Metropolitan Grey Mica. For the interior of Lilac Grey, there has seats with orange stitching. 

This model of the car has 2 grades available - the C and the L which is each is available in both front wheel drive and all-wheel drive. For the engine, this car is equipped with 1.5 liter twin cam engine is mated to a 4-speed automatic, producing 113 PS at 6,000rpm and 140Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. The Verisa C gets more features with a leather-wrapped steering as standard, and the head unit has been removed, so audio-less specs are now standard with the car. So, the owner can fit whatever 2-DIN or 1-DIN head unit for this Verisa C.
