We received a picture of the well said to be the new generation of Proton Waja. This new Proton Waja face lifted has a touch of of new front design, with well designed headlamp. Proton Waja are well known for a higher middle class person than Proton Wira. The Proton Gen2 is well to be the replacement of Proton Wira, so the new facelift generation of should be a great great better and comparable to the new Honda City or Toyota Vios. By looking at the picture, we 99% think that this no more than edited picture.
The last time we blog about the upcoming Proton Perdana replacement model. However, we will wait until Proton announced whether there will be any of both replacement models. While waiting, Proton Exora will be launched anytime starting 15 April 2009. Let’s have a wait, see and hear.

this waja looks like honda city… nice look
This is a real man not gimic. I heard Proton will release a new sedan in 2010.The articles was out past few day in Harian Metro ( Bisnes column ). Meanwhile, MD Proton Syed Zainal said, Proton not just release a new car but also a new engines ” Campro Turbo ” engineered by Proton and Lotus for all model and the future’s models starting 2010 where the turbo engines is ordinary in Europes. I ‘m not sure this new engines will replace ” Campro Cps” or not. Back to the point, as many bloggers talked a new sedan will base on Mitshubishi Lancer. Some bloggers said the design like Mitsubishi Lancer Fortis which released in Taiwan and some said it like Mitshubishi Lancer GT which released a couple last year in Malaysia by MMC.I think Proton will make small changes to make their own characteristic. So wait and see.
